Exceeding Expectations.
I feel compelled to commend Paul Mandosio of Mandosio Homes for what was probably a very difficult brief in building our new home in Geraldton. We are retirees in our early seventies and have been living at Mount Gambier in South Australia, over 3,500kms away during the whole planning and building process and we did not have the convenience of the internet to communicate our full requirements to our builder.
Yet Paul, in liaison with our son, had very, very accurately discerned and assessed our needs as older citizens and produced a house of the highest calibre which we are very pleased with and more than happy to call our home.
From first seeing the quiet and subdued impressiveness of the front facade with its portico entry and door it certainly heightened our anticipation for what we were yet to see! We were astounded when we entered! It was like walking into the pages of a “Vogue” magazine and took us some time to adjust to what we were looking at: and all the time trying to comprehend we were going to live in it.
We realize this house was specifically built for us and our needs yet it far exceeded our expectation. The interior exuded quality and superb craftsmanship and design along with excellent practicalness.
Mandosio Homes have certainly exceeded our expectations on a grand scale and their advertising slogan of “delivering dreams” is definitely not hyperbole.
